Can the setup be adapted to my industry?
Yes. The business foundation is consistent, but document templates, communication, scheduling, quoting, invoicing and other operating details can be matched to the way your business works.
Is the $2,995 fee just for software?
No. The fee covers the implementation work: planning, configuration, connection, testing, documentation and handover of the business infrastructure. Any continuing third-party subscriptions are identified separately.
Does the package include a laptop?
The package includes a configured business laptop. The device specification, availability and delivery details are confirmed in the written proposal before work begins.
Can I keep my existing accountant?
Yes. The objective is to make your information easier for your existing accountant or bookkeeper to work with, not to replace them.
Do I own the accounts and systems?
The business should own and control its primary accounts. Ownership, recovery and third-party billing arrangements are confirmed as part of the setup and handover.
Can I keep my existing email or software?
Where an existing system is suitable, it may be retained. The objective is not to replace working tools unnecessarily. The final scope is confirmed before implementation.
How quickly can I start invoicing?
The purpose of the setup is to leave you with a working operating environment. Timing depends on account verification, business information, hardware availability and any existing systems that need to be transferred or retained.
