Terms & Conditions
1. BINDING AGREEMENT
By proceeding with this digital agreement, you (the “Client”) enter into a legally binding agreement with Artificial Intelligence for Independence (“the Provider”) under the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 (Cth), the Electronic Transactions Act 2000 (SA), and equivalent State/Territory legislation.
2. PROCESS & COMMENCEMENT OF WORK
- Agreement: Digital confirmation of these terms.
- Invoicing: Provider issues an invoice for the initial Service Fee.
- Commitment: Payment required in advance to schedule sessions.
3. SCOPE OF SERVICES
The scope is strictly limited to technical configuration via live session:
- Google Workspace & Business Email configuration.
- Xero account creation and linking bank feeds.
- Domain registration and DNS linking.
- Basic invoicing templates and 3rd party integrations.
4. ADDITIONAL SESSIONS & BLOCK RATES
Initial fee covers one standard session. Additional work necessitated by complexity or technical issues will be charged in 3-hour blocks at a flat rate of $495 per block, payable in advance.
5. EXCLUSIONS & RELATIONSHIP
No legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice is provided. No marketing (SEO/Lead Gen) services. The Client remains an independent contractor; no partnership or employment is created.
6. SECURITY & THE “INCOGNITO” PROTOCOL
Strict Zero-Data-Retention Protocol: All activities occur in Incognito mode. No passwords or history are saved on Provider hardware. Client must establish persistent access on their own devices post-session.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for loss of income, data, cybersecurity breaches, or third-party platform outages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
8. GENERAL BUSINESS TERMS
Payments: All prices in AUD. Payment in full required prior to service delivery.
Refunds: Change-of-mind refunds are not available. Customised work is non-refundable.
Intellectual Property: Systems and documentation remain the property of the Provider.
Governing Law: South Australia.
